Injured ND Oil Field Worker Settles Case

A North Dakota Oil Field worker recently settled a lawsuit Mr. Schafer filed against a tank manufactured after Schafer’s client was injured when the rung of a ladder on the rear of a tank trailer failed, causing Schafer’s client to suffer a severe injury. The case settled 5 days prior to the scheduled start of trial in ND. The settlement amount is confidential under the terms of the agreement
