Lawsuit Filed in Gas Explosion
Schafer Law Firm and Bob Hilliard of Hilliard Munoz and Gonzales filed a lawsuit after a man was severely burned from a gas explosion at a bar in Caney, OK. Schafer and Hilliard were retained by the family of 32 year old Daniel Carmen to file suit against Henson's Propane and Equipment Company, along with several other companies, after Bill Dog's Saloon exploded on Sunday, June 5th. Carmen was reportedly in the back room of the bar preparing to clean the bar when he lit a cigarette that ignited an explosion. Over 78 percent of Carmen's body was severely burned. He lost his ears, nose, and surgeons have partially amputated one of his feet and a finger.
